Our Return Policy

At Design X Goods, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Wrong item received: If you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned due to change of mind
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Furniture and large home goods (due to shipping logistics)
  • Items not in their original packaging

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@designxgoods.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
